Our Story

The genesis of AZ RightSizing came out of our own personal experience of moving our mom into our home. Our mission was to find the right floor-planned house for all of us, while selling our own home, purging our mom's lifetime possessions, selling her home, and moving all of us into a new home - all in the matter of 5 months! And so our journey began - we were RightSizing our lives.

 

The experience was humbling in many ways. We realized how emotional and inconvenient moving and settling in to a new environment can be for anyone at any age or time of life.  So we wanted to help others get through this process, as we understand the need to feel comfortable and peaceful in a new home - quickly. Our absolute joy is seeing the elation on clients' faces when we redecorate and organize their new homes with their personal possessions from their old homes.  It's a creative, harmonic process that we truly enjoy.

Carol Kleinberg, RPA

Carol's career started in art and design, and evolved into the Commercial Real Estate industry of operations, management, interior design, leasing and development of office and industrial buildings in the Phoenix metro area.  

She has property-managed over 5 million square feet of real estate, project-managed over $50 million in building and tenant improvements (including the move-ins of hundreds of tenants), and has been involved in the development of 850,000 square feet of office and industrial development. 

 

Carol ensures that every AZRS client benefits from her vast experience.

 

Carol is an award-winning professional (7-time recipient of The Office Building of the Year award) and holds a Real Property Administrator's (RPA) designation through the Building Owners and Managers Association.    

 

Carol is also an acrylic abstract artist & web designer, and loves hiking & biking with her husband Stuart. Her biggest satisfaction is helping others with their change of environment, and settling them into their new home or office.

Stuart Kleinberg

Stuart's career started with his innate passion for the bicycle industry, and then his immersion into the corporate world - where he initiated automation for the back-of-house food service industry. Upon moving to Arizona, Stuart procured another pioneering corporate venture in the business automation environment, where his inventory and organizational skills flourished.

 

His passion for cycling and entrepreneurial spirit soon found him back in the bicycle industry, starting a ground-up retail project in north Phoenix designed for the neighborhood family demographic. After 10 years, he sold his business, and ventured into several management avenues in the developing bicycle industry before establishing a U.S. wholesale distributorship of high-end Italian-made cycling products.

 

Stuart works with AZRS clients to ease them into their life transitions.

 

Stuart has won countless national sales awards, was appointed by the Governor to the Arizona Bicycle Task Force, and remains a cycling advocate. He is an avid road and off-road cyclist and loves to bike with his wife Carol.
